Workforce Development

For the past 21 years, I have led initiatives that have driven successful workforce development outcomes for high-demand industry sectors such as STEM, chemical manufacturing, healthcare, banking, construction, tourism, and oil and gas. I have a unique mixture of expertise in the areas of sector-based initiatives, diversity and inclusion, workforce development consultation, workforce marketing, training and development, recruiting, and outreach.

I live by the mantra that workforce development, when most effective, “is a holistic approach to ensuring that industries, regions, and organizations have qualified, skilled labor in adequate supply.” In other words, workforce development is not a compilation of mutually exclusive components. It is a systemic, seamless, and efficient delivery mechanism of valuable human capital to the business community.
Whether it is due to emerging technologies, pandemics, natural disasters, an aging workforce, immigration, challenges with public education, or a shift in the economy, the workforce landscape is constantly evolving. Now more than ever, businesses are finding it difficult to build, attract, recruit and hire a qualified, diverse workforce.
Together we can put together the pieces of the workforce development puzzle to solve that problem.
